This is the website for the Chinese
Language Teachers
Network.
As a Beta version, the pages are temporarily
hosted on the University of Puget Sound's web server and
maintained by Prof. Lotus Perry. Some links are still
under construction.
- About CLTN -
learn about the Chinese Language Teachers
Network, its mission, board of directors, and its
involvement with the
Washington State Coalition for
International Education.
- Meetings -
CLTN regularly hosts two meetings. The spring meeting
(March) is held in Seattle; the fall
meeting (September) is usually in Tacoma.
- Workshops
- CLTN offers workshops and training sessions for
local teachers, schools, and interested parents and individuals from the
community. Past workshop presenters include experienced
local teachers and prominent experts in the fields.

CLTN maintains an email list to
inform
its network members of meetings, workshops and
job opportunities in the region. If you are

committee including CLTN board
of directors,
and other interested individuals and organizations
will meet to discuss the
possibility of forming a regional chapter
of the Chinese Language Teachers Association
(CLTA) in the area. The afternoon session is open to all.
