The Capital Development staff oversee the annual major maintenance and capital renewal programs which include all significant maintenance and repair project on campus. Services include cost estimating, minor design and layout, project scheduling & implementation, consultant selection, and design review. The Capital Development staff also manage the Academic and Administrative Remodel Program.
