University Leadership Awards Nomination Form

The Awards Committee is currently accepting nominations for all Student Leadership Awards. These awards will be presented Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the University Leadership Awards Ceremony in Kilworth Chapel at 3:00 p.m. during Spring Family Weekend.

You can nominate students for awards in two ways:

All nominations must be received by 5pm, Wednesday, March 19, 2008.

Nominees for ANY of the Leadership awards should be students who exercise the following leadership practices.

A leader who:
Challenges and Creates
Inspires a Shared Vision
Enables Others to Act
Models Confidence
Acts with Integrity
