The University of Puget Sound Dining and Conference Services department employs students in many capacities throughout all of our operation. Applications for student employment may be picked up in the Career and Employment Services. These applications contain job description information for available positions throughout the department. Completed applications should be returned to Wheelock Student Center room 001, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. For questions about the application process, contact Heather Clifford at 253.879.3483

Student staff members must sign a University of Puget Sound employment agreement and provide proof of a Pierce County Food Handler's permit; they may also be required to fill out a tax form and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. (Instructions for completing appropriate hiring paperwork will be provided at the time the student is hired.)

Food Handlers' Permits must be obtained at the Pierce County Health Department. The student will be reimbursed for its cost.
