Logger Basketball is excited to hear from prospective student athletes.

We feel Puget Sound offers a unique opportunity for you to receive one of the best educations in the West, while competing on a high athletic level. Education and athletics can flourish at the same institution. Our administration feels that athletic competition can be an important part of the student's overall development. We are members of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III and the Northwest Conference (NWC).

Financial aid in the form of academic and need based grants, guaranteed student loans, college work-study and a host of other resources is available to qualified students. You will need to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 1, 2000, for priority consideration. You may obtain this form from your high school counselor or from our financial aid office by calling 253-879-3214 or 800-396-7192.

To allow us to become more familiar with you and your abilities, we request you send us a copy of one of your game tapes from your games this year. We are also interested in viewing any highlight tape you may have put together, but we find we are able to better judge a player's entire game.

If you are visiting our campus, please come by and say hello. We would be happy to answer questions you might have about our program. I wish you continued success both academically and athletically. I look forward to hearing from you.
